Our Story
At Liang's Kitchen, we are passionate about bringing you the flavours of traditional Chinese cuisine. Our journey began in Beijing where Liang was born and grew up, under her grandmother's guidance she learned the delicate skill of dumpling making, and her flavours and cooking method quickly became popular with her family and friends.
After moving to UK Liang continued to make her special dumplings when feeling homesick to remind her of the Chinese flavours she loves, and soon they also became a firm favourite amongst her new friends.
Liang's Kitchen now bring those delicious flavours to everyone, we hope you enjoy!
